NOTE:**
The addition of the elevator would significantly alter the structure of the building. The building is located on a confined site that does not allow for further development due to established setbacks. A new a new elevator would have to engage the existing building by encroaching into its footprint. This entails, but is not limited to: providing soil testing, furnishing new elevator system with its own piles and foundations, re-configuring exterior and interior conditions.
