This is a Change of Use from apartment house to a Hotel. The 1323 and 1327 lots are being connected by a unity of title and converted into 15 units with a staffed lobby and a new handicap accessible ramp.

NOTE:**



The addition of the elevator would significantly alter the structure of the building. The building is located on a confined site that does not allow for further development due to established setbacks. A new a new elevator would have to engage the existing building by encroaching into its footprint. This entails, but is not limited to: providing soil testing, furnishing new elevator system with its own piles and foundations, re-configuring exterior and interior conditions.
