In response to your letter, dated November 14, 2012, the Florida Building Commission submits that it intends to publish a Notice of Change addressing the following amendments:
61G20-4.001(1): The language in the form that appears to be an “oath” will be amended to be a Statement of Responsibility. The language shall read as follows:
I hereby declare that the applicable documents in support of this Request for Waiver are attached for review by the Florida Building Commission and that all statements made in this application are to the best of my knowledge true and correct.
