TAC Members Present Via Teleconference:; Steven Bassett, Chair; Larry Banks; Oscar Calleja; Joe Crum; Alex Hernandez; Elizabeth Goll; Don Pitmann; and Pete Quintela

TAC Members not Present: Dan Griffin, Garry Griffin

Staff Present: Mo Madani, Jim Richmond, April Hammonds, Marlita Peters, Chip Sellers, Robert Benbow, Paul Drake, and Norman Bellamy

Facilitator: Marlita Peters

Objectives: To Approve the Agenda and Minutes of the October 02, 2013 meeting, To consider and discuss DS 2013-123 by Garland Patterson, PE and provide recommendation for consideration by the Commission.

Meeting Minutes
Objective	Discussion of objectives included the following:
1)	10:15 AM Welcome and Opening, Roll Call. A quorum was present. Marlita Peters, facilitator for the Florida Building Commission, provided a welcome and a brief overview of the agenda items to be presented.
2)	Agenda and meeting Minutes for the October 02, 2013 Mechanical TAC meeting were approved unanimously by the committee members.
3)	DS 2013-123 submitted by Garland Patterson, PE was discussed. Determination was made that the request in general does not meet the declaratory statement criteria for the specific set of SI facts and circumstances; therefore the TAC recommended that the request be denied.
	Other TAC Business – Meeting opened for public comment, no public comment received. Having no other TAC business, the meeting was closed after a Motion and Second to Adjourn.
