There was no quorum present, so the following consensus recommendations were made at the Council meeting December 1, 2014.

Samantha Hotel, 235 39^th Street, Miami Beach

Issue: Vertical accessibility to all levels of a historic hotel.

Recommendation: Grant, based on technical infeasibility.

Kappa Delta Sorority House, 555 West Jefferson Street, Tallahassee

Issue: Vertical accessibility to an elevated stage platform.

Recommendation: Deny. New construction should be accessible.

Alpha Gamma Delta Porch Enclosure, 517 West Park Avenue, Tallahassee

Issue: Vertical accessibility to an elevated dining room in a sorority house.

Recommendation: Grant, based on disproportionate cost.

Vela Rouge Hotel, 7130 Harding Avenue, Miami Beach

Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor of a hotel.

Recommendation: Grant, based on disproportionate cost.

Tiniciti III Preschool, 3111 S. W. 27^th Avenue, Miami

Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor of a preschool.

Recommendation: Grant, based on disproportionate cost, provided the second floor toilet room is also made accessible.

Dotterer/Reese Building, 118 Centre Street, Fernandina Beach

Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor of a commercial building.

Recommendation: Grant, based on disproportionate cost.

Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor.

Recommendation: Grant, to the extent a waiver is needed.
