Meeting Objective:

Review and comment on comments received regarding the TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

TAC Members Present:

Jon Hamrick, Bob Vincent, Cam Fentriss, Wayne Young, Gene Chalecki, Frank Frail, Mark Boutin, Scott Cannard,

TAC Members Absent:

Philip Wisely, Jim Crochet. Jim Goodloe

Staff Present:

Mo Madani, Marlita Peters, Ila Jones, Joe Bigelow, Jon Caudill, Bruce Ketcham, Ann Stanton, Jim Hammers, Jeff Blair – facilitator, Jim Richmond.

1. 1:00pm meeting was called to order. Agenda was reviewed and approved. Minutes of July, 2010, were reviewed and approved.

2. Reviewed and commented on 2^nd Review Period Comments (20 Modifications) received regarding the Special Occupancy TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

3. There was no Public Comment and no Further Business.

4. Adjourned at 2:30pm.
