• To consider and discuss DS2014 – 032 by Ryan Holland and Kenneth Gregory of Evaluation Pools & Construction Services Inc. and provide recommendations for consideration by the Commission.
• Provide the TAC an update on the DOH rulemaking for 64E-9, FAC, and an update on the implementation of the 2012 HB1263, the transfer of plan review responsibility to local FBC enforcement authorities. (DOH)
