1. Rating – Excellent

2. Comments – As you are aware we have processed several applications in the last six months and Ted’s staff have been outstanding. I can’t imagine anyone in our industry performing as well as Ted and his staff have during the stressful rollover period.

2) Comments:  Always available for a response to inquiries.  Amazing, especially at the volume associated with the Code change.
