Procedure to install EnergyGauge USA 4.0.01 for 2014 Florida Code Compliance:

Download the install to your computer by selecting the download link below, select save as and save the install to your desktop.

Select Download USA4001FileCopy Install

Once the download is complete, double click the USA4001FileCopy icon on your desktop and follow the install instructions in the InstallShield Wizard.

Select OK to the dialog box stating the setup was created with an evaluation edition of InstallShield.

NOTE: Windows 8 users – Based upon your computer security setup you may be prompted by Windows 8 with a security question indicating files such as this may be of concern. If so select the “More Info” link and then a “Run Anyway” button will appear. Please select the “Run Anyway” button.

Select Next.
Enter Username and Company Name. They are required fields.
Select setup type of Complete.
Select Next.
Select Install, then setup status will display.
Select Finish.

Change the property to run this program as an administrator.

Open Windows Explorer.
Select Computer.
Select C Drive.
Select Program Files (x86).
Select USAFilingFLCode5thEd.
Right-click on EGUSA.exe (application).
Select Properties.
Select Compatibility tab.
Select the “Run this program as an administrator” checkbox.
Select Apply.
Select OK.

Double-click the EGUSA.exe to open.

NOTE: This is an evaluation copy of the program and an icon is not copied to your desktop.
