1. CrossFit PSI, 708 Commerce Way, Jupiter. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the second floor of a fitness center. Recommendation:  Grant, based on disproportionate cost.

2. The Fickled Fin, 101 Bridge St, Bradenton Beach.  Issue:  Vertical accessibility to a deck addition on a restaurant. Recommendation: Defer for more info

3. Cavalier_Hotel, 1320 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach. Issue: Vertical accessibility to all levels of a historic hotel. Recommendation: Grant, based on the historic significance.
4. 801 Tamiami Trail, 801 Tamiami Trail, Nokomis. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to all levels of a historic office building. Recommendation: Grant, based on technical infeasibility and historic significance.
5. Miami Lakes Automall, 16600 NW 57th Avenue, Miami. Issue: Inclusion of lavatory sink inside the accessible toilet stall. Recommendation: Grant, to the extent a waiver is needed.
6. Community Leadership Academy, 3210 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: Grant, based on disproportionate cost.
7. Spruce Creek HS, 801 Taylor Rd, Port Orange. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the Press Box. Recommendation: Defer for more information

8. 336 Collins Av, 336 Collins Av. , Miami Beach. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to all levels and mobility features of a historic hotel. Recommendation: Defer for more information
