Issue: Vertical accessibility to second floor. .  Recommendation: GRANT – To the extent necessary

2. Richard E Smith - Indian River Networks Waiver #136 - 241 Sixth Ave Indialantic 32903 Issue:  Vertical accessibility to second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship

3. Alterations to existing mezzanine for City Mattress Waiver # 138 - 2255 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard West Palm Beach 33401. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the mezzanine.  Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the upper floors. Recommendation: Deny

4. Young Life Southwind Dorm Waiver #130 - 18115 SE 95th Street Ocklawaha, 32179. Issue: Vertical accessibility to second floor. Recommendation: Defer – as requested by the applicant.

5. Harding Suites Hotel Waiver #141 - 8040 Harding Avenue Miami Beach 33141 Issue: Vertical accessibility to second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship and historic significance.

6. Garden Suites Hotel Waiver #142 - 3900/3920 Garden Avenue Miami Beach 33140 Issue:  Vertical accessibility to second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship

7. Jungle Island Zipline Tour Waiver #145 - 1111 Parrot Jungle Tr. Miami 33132. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the zip lines. Recommendation: GRANT – Unreasonable based on technically infeasible.

8. McHardy Renovation Waiver #134 - 432 MLK Blvd Stuart 34994 Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: Defer – To get plans and pictures
