Arcade Monsters received a CO on Oct. 26, 2018 for a commercial alteration with a permit valuation of $60,000.00. The plans indicated a mezzanine area of less than 500 SQ. FT. and label as storage on the plans.

Sometime after to CO was issue our Fire Marshall requested me to visit the site with her because they found to area being used not as storage.

I told them at this point I have no authority however I advise them to either make the area storage again or provide vertical accessibility to the area or apply for waiver.

Note: About this mezzanine space, at one time, it was part  of a bigger mezzanine. It was divided as two different tenant space a few years ago. The space next door Devine Wine and Grill receive a vertical accessibility waiver in 2015 for their mezzanine once they decided to use it as something else other than storage.
