 Vertical accessibility to the mezzanine. Recommendation: Deny.

2. Sobe Village Condominium, 440 14 St. & 1355 Drexel Ave. Miami Beach. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floors. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship

3. FloorMasters Hwy 301, Wildwood. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: Defer – For construction cost breakdown to show why so low.
4. CAUBERY LLC
8118 Harding Ave, Miami Beach.  Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floors. Recommendation: GRANT –Based on Historical nature.

5. Alton Suite Hotel 801, 807, 815 Alton Road, Miami Beach. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship
6. Tavern on Tennessee
1717 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: Withdrawn by applicant.
7. Sola Miami Collins Ave
7403 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship and Historical nature.

8. Encore Music Academy: Musical Training and Skill Development, 4651 SW 72nd Avenue, Miami  Issue:   Vertical accessibility to the second floors. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship.

9. The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches 5300 Haverhill Road, West Palm Beach. Issue: Vertical accessibility to areas of the building for Baseball Players. Recommendation: Withdrawn by applicant
