Discussion of
objectives included the following: |

1) |
10:00 AM - Welcome
and Opening, Roll Call. A quorum was
present. Bemmie Eustace made a motion and Barbara
Page made a second to approve the Agenda with a unanimous approval vote. |

Bemmie Eustace made a motion
and Barbara Page made a second to approve minutes from meeting of October 29, 2012 with no changes; unanimous approval vote. |

3) |
Discussion
of the issue of considering statutory change to the Commission’s scope of
authority for the Accessibility Code interpretation. The TAC debated the pros and cons of the
issue of concern and heard from the Commission’s Legal Counsel on the
subject. At the conclusion of the discussion, Mr. Larry Schneider made a
motion which was seconded by Ms. Bemmie Eustace as
follows: “To allow the Florida Accessibility Code
to be interpreted no differently than any other section of the Florida
Building Code.” The Motion was approved with a unanimous
vote. |
