2. FloorMasters #81 - Hwy 301, Wildwood. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship

3. NYZ Apocalypse #117 - 5250 International Drive, Orlando. Issue:  Vertical accessibility to the mezzanines. Recommendation: Deny
4. Fidelity National Financial Hangar, Floor 2 Interior Improve #120 -
14601 Whirlwind Ave., Jacksonville Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floors. Recommendation: GRANT – Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship.

5. Around the Clock Fitness #118 - 935 N Beneva Road, Suite 501, Sarasota. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floors. Recommendation: GRANT – To the extent necessary as the lift satisfies vertical accessibility
6. The Mimosa Hotel Addition #113 -
6525 Collins Ave, Miami Beach Issue: Florida-specific hotel/motel rooms. Recommendation: GRANT - Based on Historical nature.
7. Sanibel Historical Museum and Village (Shore Haven Home) #95 -
950 Dunlop Road, Sanibel. Issue: Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: GRANT - Unreasonable based on Economic Hardship and Historical nature.

8. SJM By the Sea, LLC. #108 - 256 Commercial Blvd, Lauderdale by the Sea Issue:   Vertical accessibility to the second floor. Recommendation: Defer – To get more information on cost of vertical accessibility, number of occupants and participation from applicant.
