We have been advised by The Marion County Building Department that a waiver from the Commission will be required if wheel chair access to the 2nd floor is not provided. Marion County Building Department issued our permit with a CO hold subject to us applying for a waiver of accessibility to the 2nd floor of this project.(See additional upload)
