BOAF respectfully submits the attached forms for inclusion in the Technical Assistance Manual (TAM) to be reviewed by the Energy Technical Advisory Committee at 10 am on November 29. When the blower door provision was about to be enforced, many of our members found that the existing Energy Gauge forms contained too much technical information and not enough information for the jurisdiction. Consequently, the BOAF executive board convened a task force to develop forms more suited for the enforcement community. The forms we submit have been reviewed by more than 25 enforcement officials and several building science testing experts.
We respectfully request that these forms be included in the TAM.
