due to coronavirus we are suffering lost of revenue extremely due to indoors capacity we simply would like to add extra chairs and tables on the second floor to properly social distance our customers following the cdc guidelines and to also accommodate our customers.

as i mentioned at the moment financially we are not in the position to take on any huge project the second floor as already pass fire inspection, building inspection, we have just about between 5k to 10k
to paint and other minor cosmetic detailing to spent on this project. This is not something we would have invest any money on during a normal circumstance, but we inherited the coronavirus and trying to survive it the space upstairs is just sitting by utilizing the space maybe save our business and survive this pandemic. In the past we looked into
a wheelchair lift enclosed we were quoted roughtly
30k to installed i will upload the quote from that company unfortunately we are in no position to afford that kind of a quote at the moment.

in ADA compliance all entrances and exits female & male restrooms.In these times the restaurant industry this virus doesn't seems like its going away soon we are trying to live with it so we asking the committee to please consider the gravity of our situation and the position we find ourselves please
allow us access to utilize the space to potentially save our business and the Jobs of our employees who depends on the success of the restaurnat.
