There is text that states “The FBC, Energy Conservation code requires heating and cooling equipment to meet prevailing Federal minimum efficiency standards. Water heating equipment must meet minimum efficiency requirements as determined in Section R403.4.3.2 and Table C404.2 (commercial provisions).”

- The correct section should be called R403.5.6.2

2) Requirements (Envelope)- Insulation – Item 5.

This item Refers to Section 303.1.1.1.”

- I think R303.1.1.2.1 is the correct section.

3) Requirements (Envelope) – Air Leakage – Item 1, Item 2, and Item 5.

In the details of the tab it states “ Dwelling units of R-2 Occupancies and multiple attached single family dwellings permitted to comply with FBC-EC Section C405.5.3.4.”

- The correct section should be C402.5

4) Requirements (Systems) – Mechanical and Water Heating

Refers to [403.3.2, 403.3.2.1 All ducts, air handlers, and filter boxes shall be constructed and sealed in accordance with Section C403.2.7.2 of….”

- The correct Section is C403.2.9.2.

5) Help Files – Florida Mandatory Requirements

“Duct Tightness” Item 2.

“Post construction total leakage test (including air handler enclosure): Less tanor equal to 9 cfm per 100ft2”

- The correct section should be R403.3.4(2)

EPL Display card.

-I couldn’t zoom in on the EPL example they had uploaded. Just want to make sure it is the current EPL Display card.

7) Requirements – Air Leakage – Item 5

This states that the Blower door test is at 50pa <- 5 ach in Climate Zones 1-2.

- This should be 7 ach, not 5 ach.

- One of the sections mentioned is R402.3.6. The correct section should be 303.1.1.1
