Florida Fire Prevention Code

The Florida Fire Prevention Code developed by the State Fire  Marshalls Office is the Fire Code for Florida.
Florida Law requires consideration fo the Florida Building Code with the Florida Fire Prevention Code.  WHer ethe FBC and FFPC establish overlaping
requirements,  the more stringent requirement must be followed.
