Short Course Description |
THis advanced course covers a variety of requirements related
to residential building codes that architects, interior designers
and contractors will need to follow int the design and cosntruction
of residential housing including one and two family dwellings no
more than three stories. The course is directly connected to the
provisions of the Florida Building Code, Residential and covers
the following sections; Planning Means of egress Foundations Floors,
walls and ceilings Plumbing, electrical and mechnanical systems. |
