Randy Vann, called the meeting to order at 1:00PM. The agenda was approved as submitted.

The minutes of the August 2006 Plumbing Committee was approved as submitted.

Potential Code change: Ken Gregory reported that statewide meetings were held soliciting potential Code changes to interested parties and the plumbing industry.

Plumbing Committee update : The Committee discussed the potential of replacing vacant membership.

CPVC issue: The committee discussed the issue related to odor in drinking water.

Miscellaneous discussion: Staff discussed the upcoming meeting relative to the Code modification process.
