Guests: Raymond Issa, John Chyz, Joe Belcher

Objectives:

Ř  To review and accept interim report for research project titled “Evaluation of the Cost Impact of the 2015 I-Code Changes.”

 

Meeting Minutes

Items

Discussion of objectives included the following: 

1)

 

1:00PM Welcome and Opening, Roll Call. 

Marlita Peters, for the Florida Building Commission, provided a welcome and a brief overview of the agenda items to be presented.
Roll was taken and a quorum was present.

2)

The Agenda was approved unanimously by the committee members. 

The meeting minutes for the December 1, 2015 meeting were approved unanimously by the committee members.

3)

To review and accept interim report for research project titled “Evaluation of the Cost Impact of the 2015 I-Code Changes.”

 

Raymond Issa was present from the University of Florida to give a presentation on the research project and ran the presentation on the project.  Afterward there were no questions from the TAC, and no public comment.

 

  • A motion was made to accept the interim report by Bob Renner, and seconded by Elizabeth Goll. The motion was passed unanimously

Adjourn:  Having no other TAC business, the meeting was closed after a Motion and Second to Adjourn. Time 1:30pm
