(1)Investigation  of accreditor non-compliance. 
    (a)The Commission shall initiate an investigation of accreditor  non-compliance on the basis of a written complaint including substantial  material evidence. 
    (b)The Education Program Oversight Committee (POC) will evaluate  the substance of the complaint and recommend whether an investigation should  proceed or not.
    (c)The Commission will make a determination as to whether to  proceed with an investigation or not. 
    (d)The investigation will be conducted by a disinterested party,  fully complying with the provisions of Chapter 120.
    (e)The findings from an investigation will be presented to the  Commission for an action. If the findings verify the initial complaint and the  Commission agrees, then an administrative complaint will be drafted. If the  findings do not verify the initial complaint and the Commission agrees, then  the complaint is dropped and the accreditor retains his/her active status.
    (f)If any complaint moves forward, an administrative hearing will  be held, in accordance with the provisions in Chapter xxxxxxx with a subsequent  action.
    (g)The ruling from the administrative hearing will be presented to  the Commission for their action.
