There is still room for improvement on letting people know the limitation of use of products.

They do a very poor job. They do not review your application or inform you of what you need for approval. This group main objective was to make the approval process so difficult that you had to hire one of there engineers to get approvals. This approval company treats service disabled veteran owned businesses which disrespect. I hope you fire them they do not represent the state of Florida well and as a result of their bad work and discrimination I opened up my manufacturing and distribution facility in Houston instead of West Palm Beach.
