2. Review comments on proposed code changes required by Executive Order 127 to make
    the energy code 15% more stringent by January, 2009. Provide comments to the 
    Commission on the proposed code changes at the Rule 9B-13 Hearing to be held before 
    the Florida Building Commission on May 7, 2008.

3.  Review and comment on fact sheets produced on energy and related issues for BASF
     (Building A Safer Florida).

4.  Any new business.
