2.  Review DCA07-DEC-105 concerning local override of lighting controls and make a recommendation to the Florida Building Commission on its disposition.

3. Review and advise the Commission on the comments received regarding TAC recommendations on the proposed code changes to the proposed 2007 Florida Building Code.

4. Report on a grant for a prototype program on electronic energy code submittals.

5. Adjourn.
