1. Call to Order-review/approve agenda and minutes.

2.  Review and discuss equivalence of approval Standard FM4881 proposed by Jeffrey Gould.

3. Discuss the development of mitigation techniques for retrofit of existing site built residential buildings to include the following: prescriptive gable end bracing techniques, prescriptive roof to wall attachment, strengthening/correction roof deck attachment fastening, and opening protection.

4. Discuss and provide recommendation regarding a recent discovery that the ASCE 7 methodology for calculation of wind uplift is under estimating the actual wind uplift of structures.

5. Discuss and provide recommendation regarding recent discovery that Table R301.2(2) Component and Cladding Loads is not consistent with the table in the Building Volume or ASCE 7-02.

6. Review and advise the Commission on comments received regarding TAC recommendations on the proposed code changes to the proposed 2007 Florida Building Code .
