Minutes

Voting Members Present:

Steve Bassett, Ron Bailey, Bob Cochell, Jan Geyselaers, Dale Greiner, Donald Kitner, Richard Reynolds, and Rob Vieira representing Philip Fairey.

Meeting Actions:

The meeting was convened by Chair Dale Greiner at 2:00 p.m. A quorum was achieved with eight voting members present. The agenda for the meeting and minutes of the 3/17/08 meeting were unanimously approved.

The TAC reviewed comments on energy code changes proposed in accordance with Rule 9B-13 and took action for their support or non-support. Actions taken on comments proposed were forwarded to the Commission for inclusion in the Rule 9B-13 Hearing to be held before the Florida Building Commission on May 7, 2008.

The TAC also provided comments on fact sheets produced by Building A Safer Florida (BASF) on energy and related issues.

The meeting was adjourned by Chair Greiner at 6:30 p.m.
