Special Occupancy Technical Advisory Committee

The meeting of the Special Occupancy TAC was called to order by Jon Hamrick, Chairman, at June 20, 2007, 9:01AM at the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Tallahassee, Florida. After introductions and roll call the following members were present and a quorum was achieved.

Jim Goodloe, Cam Fentriss, James Gregory, Gene Chalacki, Phillip Wisley, Jim Crochet. The Chairman welcomed Jim Crochet as a new member of the Special Occupancy TAC.

The agenda was amended to take up comments to modification #2322 first, Jim Crochet was added to the agenda, no other changes were made on the agenda. The minutes from the 2007 March Special Occupancy meeting and the minutes were approved as submitted.

Comment to modifications relative to process and protocol were discussed prior to the up specific comments received by the public. The following specific comments to modifications for the 2007 Florida Building Code were heard by the TAC. 2322, 2469, 2471, 2596, 1984, 2175, 2177, 2178, 2179, 2180, 2181, 2087. The Florida Building Commission will take action on all comments at the June 27, 2007 meeting in Miami Lakes, Florida
