The meeting was convened by Acting Chair Steve Bassett at 8:45 a.m. A quorum was achieved with nine voting members present. The meeting was facilitated by Jeff Blair.

Meeting Objective:
Review 42 proposed modifications to Chapter 13 of the Florida Building Code and make recommendations to the Florida Building Commission as to whether they should be approved.
Actions Taken:
The 42 proposed code changes were reviewed in a process facilitated by Jeff Blair. Actions taken by the TAC as to their disposition were recorded electronically on the Energy TAC's tracking chart.
The TAC moved to recommend that the Commission's Chairman appoint a Working Group to review and achieve consensus on major proposed changes to the energy code for the upcoming code update process.
