Electrical Technical Advisory Committee

August 20, 2007

Note: the Electrical TAC met with the Mechanical TAC to discus the issue of Carbon Monoxide per Rule 9B-3.0472. Meeting was called to order at 8:35am by the Chairman of the Mechanical TAC.

The following Electrical TAC members were in attendance at the June meeting:

Mike Mc Combs, Chairman, Joseph “Ed” Carson, Clarence Tibbs, Jr., Oriol Haage, Joseph Territo, Leonard Devine.

Purpose of the meeting: The committee met with the Mechanical committee to review the proposed Rule 9B-3.0472 concerning carbon monoxide detectors. Comments were provided by members and others and will be provided to the Commission on Tuesday. It was voted to proceed with the Rule making as the law stipulated and make potential changes during the “Glitch” amendment cycle.
