1. Opening: welcome and meeting objectives. Approval of the agenda and the July 10, 2006 minutes.
2. Manufactured Building Program Issue.
  GFCI issue: PA POC and Electrical TAC concurrent meeting, potential action by the POC. Presentation by Mike Ashworth, DCA, Manufactured Buildings Program Manager -Staff Analysis
3. Product Approval Program Issues
 
A. Discuss Cat-5 Net product, FL6498. The product has been approved by the Commission. However, there is a concern from our staff that approval of this product is in conflict with the Commission action on DCA05-DEC-284.
B. Review product application deadlines and Arnold & Associates product approval deadlines.
C. Discuss Arnold & Associates review of Self Affirmation of FL2192-R1.
4. Product Approval and Entities Statistics Report.
5. Discuss and provide recommendations for the following request for Declaratory Statement:
  DCA06-DEC-179 by Michael Morris, CEO, of Roll-A-Cover, International.
