Short Course Description |
This class looks at Florida's Accessibility Guidelines and compares them
to The New ADA/ABA Guidelines of 2004 and IBC ‘06 ANSI A117.1-03. It includes
a brief history of accessibility codes and outlines the differences of
the three codes as well as the similarities of the three codes. For designers
working on government projects and out of state projects, this is a clarification
of the differences. The course also points out which codes can now be used
along with the Florida code in preparation for Florida's future. This class
covers only interior accessibility applications. |
