2. Review and provide recommendations to the Commission on the request for declaratory statement DCA08-DEC-207 by Anthony C. Apfelbeck, Fire Marshal/Building Official, City of Altamonte Springs.

3. Review and discuss proposed comments on code changes to the Mechanical code and provide recommendations for consideration by the Commission: MODs #2946, 3245, and 3267.

4. Any new business.
