The agenda and minutes were submitted and
approved as submitted
Discussion and review of the 2008 NEC
was conducted, with motion to recommend the Commission to accept the 2008 NEC without
exception. The Electrical TAC’s vote was 8 in favor and 1 against, the motion
passed to move forward with the Commissions workplan for Rule Workshop in April,
see plan below.

1, 2009
