change product from manufacturer “Alternative Construction Technologies, Inc.”,
to Silverwood Technologies, LLC.

Technologies, LLC as the Collateral Agency with respect to all assets of
Alternative Construction Technologies, Inc. “ACT” including FL#5343.
- Silverwood Technologies,
LLC; d/b/a Green Product Technologies has issued a request to the
Department of Community Affairs to release this product to them.
- Staff recommendation – as per the Court order in
question, staff recommends that the login and the password for FL#5343 be
released to Glenwood Capital, LLC so that a revision can be made to the
original approval designating Silverwood Technologies,
LLC d/b/a Green Product Technologies as the manufacturer.
