Revocation proceedings on FL1712-R2, 1714-R1, 5030, 7173, 8993, 8994, 9635, 9639, 9910, 15567, 10798. All products subject to revocation this cycle are for lapse of Quality assurance from ATI.

(FL1712-R2 and FL1714-R1) – Via google search, Heartland Building Products did close its doors in October of 2008. It was subsequently bought by ProVia but renamed Heartland Siding by ProVia, website www.heartlandsiding.com 800-432-7801. Staff was referred to a Chris Rand. Chris Rand referred us to Alex Shiel. Alex Shiel is the orginal Quality Assurance representative on Heartland Building Products FL numbers in question. Chris Shiel expressed that he believed that his company would want to keep the FL numbers in good standing. He stated their quality assurance entity is still ATI and that they had just been out the week before for an inspection. ATI no longer has a contract with the company named Heartland Building Products. Staff presented the options of revision, revocation and archival, and new applications and are working with Mr. Shiel regarding his products.

FL 5030 Address on BCIS Application is old address according to Sunbiz.org. Phone number from state application is deactivated. Sent priority express FedEx with signature required letter to new sunbiz.org address stating to contact DCA immediately regarding their products.

FL7173 Sent email to two contacts at mextile.com.mx. No Response as of July 22, 2009

8993, 8994, 9635, 9639, 9910, 15567, 10798 October 2008, Branstrator Sunrooms of Fort Wayne Indiana merged via Resilience Capital Partners portfolio company, with Patio Enclosures, Inc.
Talked with Bill Goddard at Patio Enclosures and he informed me that the merge did not occur between Patio Enclosures and Branstrator but that Branstrator may be still held with Resilience Capital Partners. Staff will contact Resilience.
