hearing to which all persons are invited.

TIME: October 15, 2008, 8:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter comes
before the Commission in accordance with its agenda

GENERAL
SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is an additional hearing on 9B-13.0041
and Rule 9B-13.0061, Florida Administrative Code. An additional hearing was
originally scheduled for August 20, 2008, but was cancelled as a result of
Tropical Storm Fay. This hearing supplements the information provided in the
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published on April 11, 2008 and the Notice of
Change published on August 1, 2008.
