- The 2001 WFCM and 2005 Guidelines for Hurricane Resistant Construction can no longer be offered since ICC does not control the cost on these items.
- In regards to the pricing:
1. The assumption is that the ICC will continue to collect a DCA surcharge fee ($10 for collections, $5 for individul volumes, $2 for Accessibility and Energy) ICC collects an additonal $2 processing fee
2. Traditionally, there has been a 25% difference between List and Member Prices. All other regional codes have a difference of 20% and the 2012 Codes will also have the 20% difference. Therefore, ICC recommends a difference of 20% for the Florida Building Code.
