  • To Review/Approve Agenda and Minutes from the 8/25/10 meeting.
  • To Consider/Decide on Request for Relief from Chapter 13 of the Florida Building Code

1.      Review/approve agenda and minutes from 8/25/10 meeting……..Dale Greiner, Chairman.

2.   Review and provide recommendations to the Commission on a Request for Relief from requirements of Chapter 13 of the Florida Building Code based on Section 13-101.1.5, Limited or Special Use Buildings, by Arup USA, Inc. concerning a proposed new Miami Art Museum.
