Short Course Description*	The ADA regulations were amended on September 15, 2010. The Department of Justice adopted the 2004 Access Board Guidelines as Design Standards and amended its regulations accordingly. The State of Florida updated its accessibility code to provide more consistency with the updated ADA Standards. Seminar 12F112 looks at the provisions of the 2012 FACBC related to application and administration, as well as, how the FACBC relates to the 2010 ADA Design Standards in these areas.
