NOTE:**




The existing 2nd floor does not have vertical accessibility. The installation of an elevator now is technically infeasible due to the layout of the existing 1st & 2nd floor plans and the deconstruction of both existing floor systems, lack of load bearing structure in the existing building, lack of electrical & mechanical capabilities in the existing building. The scope of the project would increase exponentially if waiving the current Florida Accessibility standards down to the current ADAAG in not acceptable.
