Meeting Objective:

•Review and approve agenda

• Discuss and provide recommendations on proposed code modifications

Members present: Chris Schulte, Chair; Karen Warseck, Billy Cone, Jimmy Buckner, Mark Zehnal, Lorraine Ross, Doug Murdock, Charles Goldsmith, Tim Tolbert, Larry Schmidt, and Bob Boyer.

1. The meeting was called to Order at 2:00 pm, August 8, 2010. Agenda was approved without amendment. The meeting was recessed at 8:10 pm and convened at 8:00 am, August 9, 2010.

2. The TAC held a Rule Development workshop on Rule 9N-1.001 (Florida Building Code Adopted) and took actions on 172 proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

3. Meeting was adjourned at August 9, 2010 at 7:30 pm.
