Meeting Objective:

Review and comment on comments received regarding the TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

TAC Members Present:

Jim Goodloe, Peters Schwab, Joe Belcher, Brad Schiffer, Tony Apfelbeck, James Schock, Jon Hamrick, Dale Greiner.

TAC Members Absent:

Jeffery Gross, Hamid Bahadori, Joe Holland.

Staff Present:

Mo Madani, Marlita Peters, Ila Jones, Joe Bigelow, Ann Stanton, Jim Hammers, Jeff Blair – facilitator, Leslie Anderson-Adams.

1. 1:01pm meeting was called to order. Agenda was reviewed and approved. Minutes of August 5 and 10, 2010, were reviewed and approved.

2. Reviewed and commented on 2^nd Review Period Comments (10 Modifications) received regarding the Fire TAC’s actions on the proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code.

3. There was no Public Comment and no Further Business.

4. Adjourned at 1:37 pm.
