and Opening 8:00a.m. Meeting was opened at 8:00a.m.,
however technical issues delayed business discussion until 8:10a.m. |

Roll
Call was taken and a
quorum was present. |

3) |
Review
and Approval of Meeting Agenda: Motion to accept agenda as presented
by Bob Boyer, seconded by Brian Swope.
Vote unanimous to accept. |

4) |
Approval of Minutes of October 9, 2013 Motion to
accept minutes of October 9, 2013 with no changes was presented by Bob Boyer,
seconded by Billy Cone. Vote unanimous
to accept. |

5) |
To discuss and provide recommendations
to the Product Approval POC with regard to the equivalency of standards
between FRSA/TRI 0732018-05 and FRSA/TRI Fifth Edition. Mo Madani
opened with a brief overview of the subject for discussion and Mark Zehnal
provided details of the issue. After
lengthy discussion and input by both TAC Members and the public, motion was
made by Mark Zehnal to approve the FRSA/TRI 0732018-05 as equivalent to the
FRSA/TRI Fourth (4th) Edition of the Roofing Tile Manual. Vote: 6 Yes –
2 No (Warseck, Cone) |

Other Commission business: There was no further business brought
to the Roofing TAC for discussion. |
