There is no existing vertical accessibility to first floor or between first and second floor to preserve the historical integrity of the building.
There is an existing façade easement on the street facing sides of the building (structure is on a corner lot) where no new construction is allowed except for specific instances such as signage. There is no space to feasibly construct an approximately 30'-0" ramp and its required landings on the non-street facing sides of the building. The existing garage has been converted into office space and is ADA accessible.
