1.  Called to Order and reviewed/approved agenda and May 26 minutes.

2.  Concurrent Review with Fire Code Advisory Council and provide recommendations on the following case:

104163-09-FM by Bonita Springs Fire Control and Rescue District

 

Question 1.  Can the local authority having jurisdiction waive code safety requirements that are specifically provided by Code?  FFPC NFPA 1014.6.1 thru 38.2.4.1?

Answer  No, the authority having jurisdiction cannot waive safety requirements in the code.

 

Question 2.  From a review of Exhibit A, does the single stair (means of egress) with two exit doors

Answer:  No.
