The combined Plumbing TAC and Swimming sub committee was called to order at, Crowne Plaza Melbourne, Florida at approximately 8:30AM .The agenda was reviewed and approved by the committee.

The following Plumbing Technical Advisory Committee were present: Chair Ken Gregory, Gary Kozan, Robert Trumbower, Joseph Kajak, Kevin Fennell, George Gamoneda, Mike Robins, Jim Bickford.

The following members of the Swimming Pool Sub Committee were present: Ken Gregory, Chair Tom Allen, Tony Caruso, Joe Crum,  Bill Dumbaugh,  Dale Greiner, Dan Johnson, George Pellington, Gordon Shepardson

Rick Dixon explained the code process and facilitated the meeting and workshop.

At the Rule Development workshop on Rule 9N-1.001 (Florida Building Code Adopted) The TAC discussed and accepted public input, and provided recommendations on a total of 43 proposed code modifications for the 2010 update to the Florida Building Code. The meeting objectives were achieved.

Having no further business the meeting was adjourned at 12:36PM
