TOTAL DEVELOPMENT IS 33 SHORT-TERM RENTAL UNITS w/ OFFICE & MANAGER'S SUITE, ALL TO MEET COASTAL VE ZONE REQUIREMENTS.CONSTRUCTED WITH CONCRETE PILING & GRADE BEAM FOUNDATIONS, MASONRY SHEAR WALLS BELOW FLOOD ELEVATION; PRE-CAST CONCRETE PLANK FLOORS WITH CONCRETE TOPPING, MASONRY WALLS FOR HABITABLE STORIES; PRE-ENGINEERED WOOD ROOF TRUSSES.

We believe the addition of elevators to comply with Florida Statute for vertical accessibility would be both undue financial hardship (the addition of 4 more elevators to the property) and is unnecessary given the fact that there are no amenities for access in the duplex buildings; there are only two hotel rooms per building, which do not count toward the project's quantity of accessible units.
