We are seeking a waiver from vertical accessibility to all levels for this bleacher press box. It is important to note that this is not a stadium, simply bleachers added next to a track/field.

NOTE:**



If requested an elevator hoistway would be approximately 22 ft. tall with an effective footprint of 6 ft x 8 ft. The hoistway will need to be freestanding because the pre-manufactured press box cannot accept any load from the elevator. The structure to withstand Florida Building Code wind loads, given that it will be tied to a small aluminum bleacher system (10 rows), is very costly.
